I Dream of Wires may not be the most indicative of names, but it certainly grabbed my attention. Do wires symbolise threads? Is it about clothing? Does it indicate the use of the internet for online shopping? Or do wires have nothing to do with it at all? Maybe they don’t, and herein lies the mystery.

I Dream of Wires is both a kitsch East London store and an online shop specialising in both own label and vintage stock. It caters for the edgy fashion lover, someone who doesn’t necessarily follow fashion, but just knows what they are looking for.
