closeup of Mia Nilsson's third prize winning entry
This is the second collaborative competition between the AOI and the London Transport Museum. last year the theme was more general but this year they focused specifically on cycling in the city – apparently there's a revolution – super highways, cycle hire, trendy types with nice baskets on their bikes, all sorts.
The winners have been announced and you can see them on the AOI website very lovely and there are 47 more to see so get a long and look if you get the chance and there's plenty more exciting transporty things to tickle your fancy on display in the museum proper.
If you're an AOI member they are also running a two for one on tickets for the whole museum if you show your membership card.
