love from Darkroom invite
Last night I nipped over to the opening of Darkroom's latest collaborative exhibition, which involves the work of over 40 illustrators and designers. All the proceeds go to charidee (this year to Kids Company), and to keep it egalitarian every piece is available for a meagre £150 – needless to say by the time we arrived the Bill Woodrow hanging heart head sculpture had gone, and I'm fairly certain that Rob Ryan's work would have been sold. The shop was absolutely rammed so unfortunately I didn't get to see much of the art on display, hell, I couldn't even get a glass of bubbly. But I did like the beaten leather heart by Kuni Awai – displayed on their capacious window ledge.

The gals behind Darkroom have a knack for picking out superb design, so if you're ever down near Lambs Conduit Street I urge you go check out their wares. Love from Darkroom runs till 14th February, and you're bound to find something to suit your taste or that of your loved one.
