Pick Me Up has opened for its 2012 run at Somerset House, as I am sure that every London based illustrator and graphic designer is aware – unless you have been living under a rock of late. The popular exhibition returns for another year with an improved market place full of print based goodies that have been specially created for your delight by a selection of up and coming designers as well as established artists, most of which are available to buy – expect to create a very well dressed wall after a trip to Pick Me Up. A one day ticket costs £8 and concessions are £6, but why not make the most of a multiple entry pass which is valid for the entire run of the fair from 22 March – 1 April? The show also boasts a full roster of associated workshops, which are drop in on a first come first served basis, so make sure you turn up early. Tickets for talks are £8, with £5 concessions, and can be booked in advance here.
