ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE PRODUCT All products on the website are available for worldwide sale.
PRICING Our online merchandise prices are the same as those in our retail stores. All prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, and goods are sold under English law.
PACKAGING All goods are posted in sturdy jiffy bags with bubble wrap protection. If any damage occurs in transit please notify us at hello@ameliasmagazine.com.
SHOPPING CART You can always see how many items you have in your shopping basket by viewing the subtotal. To see what is in your basket, click on "view basket" to open it. You can remove any item from your basket by clicking "remove". You can also change the quantity of each item in your basket by changing the quantity field and clicking the "recalculate" button.
SPECIAL PROMOTIONS Occasionally, we may offer promotions, which require a code. This promotion code should be entered in the appropriate place as you check out and purchase a product. The offer will be reflected in your total.
PRODUCT ENQUIRIES If a product is not available you will not be able to order it. Occasionally, additional back issues of the magazine may become available at a later date and this will be made available on the website shop as soon as possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns – UK and EU
If you live in the United Kingdom or another European Union country, you have a legal right to cancel your order after you have received and inspected the goods.
Should you decide to return the goods you must notify us of cancellation in writing by emailing hello@ameliasmagazine.com within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Following cancellation you are under a legal duty to not use the goods, and to take care of them.
You must return the goods to us securely packaged, in the condition in which they were received, at your cost, as soon as possible. We will refund to your credit card, within 7 working days of receiving the goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Returns – Rest of World (inc USA, Canada, Australia, Japan, China and Taiwan)
The EU cancellation rights set out above do not apply to customers living outside of the EU.
For non-EU customers, we hope you will be fully satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please email us and we will do our best to sort something out.

SHIPPING All merchandise is shipped within 2 weeks of your order, and probably sooner. It is shipped by standard post. If you have not received your goods within a month please contact us at hello@ameliasmagazine.com with all your transaction details.
